You will be redirected to our itinerary management system, so we can begin organizing your information for your trip. Do your best to fill out as much information as you can so that we can begin our research for you.
We will review your travel call information or your client intake form. We may reach out to you again via travel call appointment or through e-mail to follow up with any questions we have. We will begin our research and make sure we're meeting your guidelines.
We book everything on your behalf once you have approved and confirmed your itinerary. Booking with us through our direct partnerships with local Alaskan tour operators and lodging providers, means you will often receive lodging perks and discounts whenever available or the same rate as booking elsewhere, but without the stress of figuring out the best experiences on your own in this vast and magnificent state. You will have an organized itinerary with all of your confirmation numbers and pertinent contact information at no additional cost to you.
You'll receive a "Get Packing" itinerary summary e-mail 48 hours before arriving in Alaska. We're here to offer travel tips for what to pack. Be sure to bring a pair of binoculars! And layered clothing. Be prepared for the seasonal climate in the region you are visiting.
